Added:

• FI Directory and SDK for Windows
  • Added support for any UNC path up to 2048 characters long
  • Added NTFS Security Owner metadata extraction
    • ex: FIWDIR /V109=42
  • Extended maximum path length to 2048 characters
• FI File Find, FI Directory & FI SDK for Windows:
  • Filenames that used extended ANSI characters were being interpreted with a UTF-8 filter that
    prevented some files from being opened and identified.
• Fiengine.dll
  • Added lGetDetails flag (16) to get the NTFS Security "Owner" name for each file.
  • Changed file size calculations from 1024000 bytes/MB to 1048576 bytes/MB
• FIWrpNet.dll
  • Added GetDetailsOptions.NTFSOwner (16) flag value to read the NTFS Security Owner for each file.

Fixed:

• FI Directory for Windows
  • /KR option to write the registration key to the Windows Registry was writing the wrong key.
  • ASCII & Hex headers failed to be displayed for files with invalid filename characters.
  • The Last Access Date was still being modified on select types of files.
  • Alternate Data Stream names were getting cut short when listed as metadata for the parent file.
  • FIWDIR /RT stoped the report at file type #2199 & showed filtered files when no files were supposed to be filtered.
  • Fixed unhandled exception due to long path names

  • DOS filename: missing file extensions & often includes full paths
